Energy Bar

Energy Bars Ingredients 

1 cup almonds, cashew nuts, 
walnuts and cranberries, 
1 tbsp custard apple seeds, 
1 tbsp sunflower seeds, 
1/4 cup raisins, 
1 cup chidwa, 
2 tbsp flax sheets, 
2 tbsp honey, 
1 / 2 tsp salt 

 Method: 
In a small pan, melt the honey on low heat. Put dry fruits, seeds, and salt in a bowl and mix. When foam and bubbles start coming out from the honey, then add nuts, seeds, and nettle in it and mix it well. Now turn it into a smooth vessel. After cooling, cut into equal pieces and serve.
