Sprouts and Veggie Rolls Ingredients 



1 teaspoon oil, 
1 teaspoon garlic finely chopped, 
11 cups onion finely chopped, 
11 cups capsicum chopped, 
11 cups broccoli or cabbage buds, 
1 cup sprouted moong, 
11 cups carrot chopped, 
1 pinch sugar, 
salt and pepper as per taste, 
2 tbsp chili sauce,
 1 tbsp cheese grated, 
4 wheat flour chapatis, 
1 tsp oil for cooking,

 Recipe

Take oil in a nonstick pan. Then add garlic to it and keep stirring for a while on high flame. Now add onion, capsicum, broccoli sprouted moong and carrot and cook on low flame, now add sugar, salt, pepper, and sausages and mix well, now add grated cheese in it, when cooled it is equal to stuffing Divide into parts and keep aside. Now spread the chapatti on a plate. Then spread a portion of the stuffing in it and roll it well. Now put 11 teaspoons of oil on the pan and bake the chapati rolls till they turn golden in color from all sides. Likewise, prepare other chapatis and serve.
