Oatmeal Pulao


1/2 cup oatmeal,
 2 small carrots cut into small pieces,
 1 potato sliced ​​into small pieces,
 4 - 5 French beans chopped, 1 onion.
 Medium-sized chopped,
 1/4 cup green peas,
 1/4 cup corn,
 3 - 4 cloves,
 7 - 8 whole peppers,
 1 bay leaf,
 1-inch cinnamon slice,
 2 - 3 green chilies chopped,
 1 small Teaspoon cumin,
 1 tbsp oil,
 1 /2 teaspoon turmeric powder.


Method 

 Keep the Dal soaking in double the water. After 1 hour, wait for two whistles in the pressure cooker and keep it aside. Now heat oil in a pan. Add bay leaf, whole cumin, black pepper, cinnamon, and cloves to it. Now add green chili and fry till it becomes golden. Now mix carrots, french beans, potatoes, corn, salt and turmeric, and cook. Then add oatmeal to it and mix well and serve it hot.
