Chia drink ingredients:
2 cups water,
2 teaspoons chia seeds,
11 cups chopped strawberry,
1/2 cup raspberries,
1 tbsp lemon juice,
1 tbsp honey.
Method:
Soak chia seeds in water in a bowl and keep them in the freezer for 15 minutes. Remove from the freezer and mix all the ingredients in it and blend in a blender until it thickens. Serve cold as per taste if needed.
